Merchandise purchased directly from Sandrin may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the original condition with no damage to the original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as covering the cost of shipping.  Refunds will be made to the credit card used to purchase only.   Used and custom order knives may not be returned or exchanged.  Please contact us to get a return authorization number before making a return.

Items purchased from an Authorized Dealer must be returned following that specific dealer’s policies.
