The Lanzo, with its wave-shaped blade, is designed for cutting and slicing when a point is not desired and is named after the winding “strada” (road) located in the foothills of Piedmont, Italy—where Sandrin knives are born and crafted.
This elegant slip joint design features our proprietary polyhedral tungsten carbide blade. Sandrin’s patented StaySharp Technology™ retains a clean, sharp cutting edge longer than traditional steel blades. This state-of-the-art cutting instrument is housed solidly between precisely machined stainless handles accentuated by chamfered edges and finished with a durable black vapor deposition.
